Order and Delivery
For graduates who wish to rent academic regalia, you are required to complete the online reservation procedures at the vendor's website: Tick Your Gown Limited
Please refer to regalia information for the correct color for each school.

B. Academic Regalia Rental Procedures
- Complete the online academic regalia reservation procedures at the website of Tick Your Gown Limited, you could choose to purchase or rent the academic regalia on the respective webpage.
- Select the appropriate graduation gown, your collection date & method in the reservation form. Your gown could be collected in person at the outlet of your choice (i.e. Fo Tan, Hunghom, Kwai Hing or HK Island outlet) or delivered by courier.
- An e-receipt (i.e. "Jotform") will be sent to your email address after submitting the academic regalia rental form. Present the e-receipt when you collect the gown in store.
- Collection at outlets of Tick Your Gown Limited
a) Collect the graduation gown set only at your selected outlet on the collection date indicated by you on the online registration system, and according to the e-receipt.
b) Present the graduation gown rental e-receipt to the staff onsite.
c) Fitting and checking.
d) Sign the electronic graduation gown rental form at the spot, pay the rental fee and deposit in CASH/ FPS/ Payme/ WeChat Pay/or Alipay in HK Dollars only.
e) Authorized third party can help collect the academic regalia with your e-receipt, but he/she have to confirm the exact regalia degree model for hood and size of both cap and gown needed. - Courier delivery of academic regalia
a) Graduates are given the option to have the academic regalia delivered to their office at selected business areas, residential area, SF stores or SF lockers. Extra delivery surcharges will incur with remote areas and oversea address delivery. Courier fee will be settled directly to the courier (i.e. SF Express deliverer and not to TYG).
b) Payment in advance for the rental of graduation gown is required for courier delivery option. Please upload your payment slip when filling out the online registration form before submission.
C. Schedule of Online booking & rental period
Academic Regalia rental period: 60 calendar days. To avoid any late charges, please return your gown set on or before Day 60. Please note that the date of collection is included and counted as Day 1.
D. Payment Arrangement
- Pay the rental fee and deposit in CASH, FPS, Payme, WeChat Pay or Alipay in Hong Kong Dollars. Other methods of payment (e.g. by credit card or cheque) and currencies, other than Hong Kong dollars, will not be accepted.
- Deposit will be refunded in cash upon the return of academic regalia (in person only) during office hours, after the deduction of fines for damages or extension fees, if any, in Hong Kong Dollars. Collection and refund of deposit will be subject to the policy of the vendor and be dealt with directly between the company and the graduates. Please refer to Return of Regalia for details.

Important Notes
- You will have to sign a Rental Agreement, please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully.
- Extension fee, if any, will be deducted from the deposit.
- For the extension fee, if it is less than 7 days, it will be counted as a 7-day charge.
- The rental period is on a 60-day basis, counting from the date of academic regalia collection. (For pick-up in TYG outlets: Day 1 is defined by the date on which the graduate receives the gown set at outlets. For courier delivery: Day 1 is Oct 23, 2023.)
- The academic regalia are also available for purchase at the outlets of the vendor.
